Best cycling memory? Riding on the Hawthorn velodrome when I lived nearby. I occasionally use the velodrome now, and get there via the Yarra Trail from Swanston St.

Years cycling? Started when I was quite young (4ish), mainly three-wheelers etc… Progressed to bicycles a few years later and thats when the affair started. Curently riding road, not much mtb cos uni is too busy.
Bike(s)? Hehe… Old school ca ’80s cro-mo 57cm roadie (too small) full shimano gear inc. biopace elliptical chain wheel, and 27″ wheels.
Favorite ride? Favourite ride is anywhere up in the dandenongs – with all the beautiful scenery – that’s where I grew up. Also some country rides are really enjoyable – out near Wangaratta etc
Best cycling memory? Best cycling memory is probably riding at a riding camp in high school with friend ofr a week… Or speeding down the dandenong tourist road on an entry level bike, and creaming my riding partner (full XTR set up, titanium frame) just cos I had slicks.
Favorite cyclist? Basso cos he is tall like me!

Stupidest thing? Falling over while mounting; on gravel, wrecking a seat and my butt and hands. Ouch!

Stupidest thing? Take a mountain bike on the chairlift to the top of a mountain in Snowmass Village (Aspen) and ride down – Repeated 4 times

Stupidest thing? Travelling at almost 65kph down Pascoe Vale Rd while 16 weeks pregnant. I slowed down and haven’t gone down Pascoe Vale Rd since. Baby is now 2 years and too small for her trike.

Favorite ride? Wow. Too many to list. The short DH runs at YouYangs, the Scott 24hr course. The Hills around Apollo Bay (Great views and DH’s)

Favorite Pro team? No – Although I have a soft spot for CSC. Gotta plug the nice guys for their generous help and support.
Stupidest thing? Oh.. Do I have to?Riding a race lap with my car-keys in my back pocket. (My carpooling buddies who were also racing were locked out and had no gear. Whoops!)

Stupidest thing? Weaving in & out of traffic jams most mornings along Johnson St. at about 40km/h. Had a few incidents involving car doors, mirrors, hands, etc. and it hasnt all been pretty
